| How We Met |
We met as freshmen at CSU in 1995. Adrian was dating a girl who was living in Nicole's dorm. We were all friends; however, when Adrian and the girl broke up, we all parted ways.
Three years later, we had an uncanny encounter one fateful night. Nicole was finishing a workout at the gym and in the distance, she saw Adrian. She called out to him, but he did not hear, so she went to the front desk to leave him a note.
Later that night, Adrian and his friends were playing in the pool. While they were playing, one of the friends broke a ceiling tile! They decided they could leave and not tell anybody; however, Adrian decided to report the incident to the front desk. He told the man at the front desk what happened and began to write his name and number on a piece of paper. As he wrote his name, the man exclaimed, "You're Adrian!" He shuffled some papers and handed Adrian Nicole's note and said, "Someone left this for you." Adrian called Nicole, and the rest is history.
